We currently ship within Hungary and to countries within the European Union.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
For custom-made products, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days depending on the selected shipping method and destination country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders above 15,000 HUF.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damage to:
We may not be able to accept responsibility for damages reported after this period.
Failed Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If reshipping is not requested, the return shipping cost may be charged on the customer’s next order.
