Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • custom-made or personalized products,
  • personal care products,
  • hazardous materials,
  • flammable liquids or gases.

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
