2. Use of the Webshop

By using the Candloop webshop and placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms of Service.

Purchases made through the webshop are completed via electronically submitted orders.

Persons under the age of 18 may only make purchases under parental or legal guardian supervision. Candloop accepts no responsibility for issues arising from this.

3. Products

Candloop candles and accessories may be handmade products; therefore, minor variations in color, pattern, shape, or fragrance intensity may occur.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through the webshop.
After submitting an order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email.

An order is only considered accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by the seller.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days; however, custom-made products may require additional processing time.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European Union and Hungarian legislation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted via email at info@candloop.hu.

8. Limitation of Liability

Candloop products are made from non-toxic waxes, plant-based fragrances, and colorants; however, individual sensitivities or allergic reactions may still occur.

Candloop shall not be held responsible for:

• damages resulting from improper use,
• damages caused by unattended candles,
• allergic reactions or other sensitivities,
• issues resulting from unintended or improper use,
• use in poorly ventilated indoor spaces.

Candles should always be used on a heat-resistant surface and under supervision.

9. Prices and Errors

Prices displayed in the webshop are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT where applicable.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices and cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing errors.

10. Privacy Policy

The processing and protection of personal data are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

In the event of disputes, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
